Accommodation Choices

Opt for an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with a veranda and garden view, or the first floor featuring a balcony.

The monthly rate is inclusive of water, gas, electricity, security contributions for guards, garbage collection, security alarm, internet, and the cleaning of common areas.

Designed for shared use among all residents, the communal spaces including the kitchen, dining area, laundry room, public toilet, pantry, and staircase storage ensure a harmonious living experience.

Services & Terms

Room cleaning service is available upon request. Minimum lease term is three months.

We also offer the possibility of rental to a single organisation.
